**For Health & Safety and Insurance purposes, work on flat roofs is limited to single story buildings only, and all repairs are by use of cold applied materials. 

***SPS is not a licened waste carrier, and therefore, rubbish removal will require a skip of suitable size to be placed at the property. This can be arranged by SPS if required, and if needed, permits for placing on the roadway can be arranged too.
