Repair & Maintenance
Most people have their cars serviced on a regular basis. They take them for an annual MOT Test, but how many think about having their property regularly checked for defects, or keep it maintained?
Regular maintenance checks can identify possible problems for the future, now. By dealing with problems at any early stage, you avoid costly repair bills at a later date.
Simple regular maintenance can also significantly reduce the possibility of major problems. Things such as Stop Taps, if not maintained, they may well not work when you need them to, with devastating results!
Another good reason to keep your property well maintained, is that it will generally realise a higher sale value than a poorly maintained one.
Solway Property Services will be happy to give your property a regular check-up. The cost is relatively low, and if any repairs are found to be needed, the cost of the check-up will be deducted from the final invoice.
Repair and maintenance covers areas such as:

*To comply with current legislation, electrical work covers replacement of like for like fittings only. No work involving new circuits can be carried out.
**For Health & Safety and Insurance purposes, work on flat roofs is limited to single story buildings only, and all repairs are by use of cold applied materials.
***SPS is not a licened waste carrier, and therefore, rubbish removal will require a skip of suitable size to be placed at the property. This can be arranged by SPS if required, and if needed, permits for placing on the roadway can be arranged too.
