By using this service you can get your own personal Handyman, and it won't cost you as much as you'd think!

You are charged for a minimum of two hours, but thereafter, only charged per half hour, so it makes sense to perhaps have a small list of jobs to be done to get value for money.

There is no call-out charge.

Also, if you're over 60, you pay even less!

• Flat Pack Furniture assembly.
• Gardens cleared/tidied.
• Raised Beds built.
• Smoke Alarm batteries checked/replaced.
• Smoke/Co2 Alarms installed.

In addition, if you're over 60, all of the other services offered by SPS are available to you, but still at the preferential rates.

Why not contact SPS and say what it is you want doing. No matter what the job, or how small a job it is, as long as it's property related there's a good chance that SPS will be happy to do it, unless it involves GAS or new Electrical Circuits, as these are not covered.

However, these trades can be arranged by SPS saving you the additional trouble of having to find them yourself, if you so wish. SPS will then instruct the contractors as to what has to be done, on your behalf.
